Since our eldest will be starting school this fall (*sigh*), I am hoping to spend as much time as possible this summer enjoying what little remaining time we have together as a family before school starts. Therefore, I have compiled a bucket list, so to speak, of potential exciting adventures that we can experience together this last summer before school starts and we are bombarded with homework and extra-curricular activities. I have also included links to local activities in Ontario, Canada for those who live close by and are wondering what to do with their kids this summer!

Amazing list, Tori! I definitely want to take my kids to see the fireworks. And acting like a dinosaur is a daily activity in our house. ?
Such a fun list! My son is just finishing kindergarten, but we’d still love to do almost all of these things.
Great list! I think we’re going to home school, but I want to make a yearly bucket list. I had so many things I wanted to do with him this year, then I blinked and it’s almost June!!

Thanks so much for linking up at #KCACOLS. Hope you come back again next Sunday 🙂
Oh how I wish we could go climb a lighthouse! We don’t have any of those anywhere close. We have already gone to a waterfall, and my kids loved it. I’m going to use some of these, great list! #kcacols
I wanna google “spider dogs”! #KCACOLS
Love this list. I think it should be a “do with your child over summer” list too! Even if your child has already started school they would love this. We have lots of lighthouses here on the east coast we are lucky to visit them often. Thank you for these ideas. pinned! #KCACOLS
I loved reading your list – what a lot of good ideas. I will have to try adding some of those to my list for this summer 🙂

I love this neat way to enjoy your last summer with your baby before she heads off into a new chapter of her life. We just bought a state park annual pass which grants us access to all the parks in our state all year long, so I can’t wait to put that to good use! Thanks for sharing <3 #KCACOLS
What a fab list! Definitely one to ‘pin’ to refer back to in the school holidays! x #KCACOLS
