Joovy Boob PPSU Gift Set Baby Bottle Video Review!

Today I had the house to myself, so I decided to take full advantage. I shaved my legs (kind of a big deal!), put some make up on and made a video review of the Joovy Boob PPSU Gift Set on YouTube that you can check out at the end of this post. (Click this link to view if you’re unable to view the video below)

I LOVE testing out new baby products, but they can get pricey. It’s always nice to do a bit of research online before purchasing to make sure you will be getting your money’s worth, so I thought reviewing these bottles may be helpful to some Mama readers out there.

Since I haven’t been able to test them out myself yet, I wanted to share the reviews that I have received so far from local parents who have tried the Joovy Boob bottles. I must say that they are very reassuring!

We used the Joovy Boob bottles with (our daughter) and LOVED them!!!! We had to try a few different nipples for her, but luckily almost all nipples fit that bottle!!!! The venting on it is so nice….. We hardly ever had to burp (our daughter), mind you she was around 6 months already when we started her on them….. And very easy to clean!!!!! I was worried about the rubber rings wear out and tearing, but they are so durable!!! – Lana

This is the only bottle my princess would take, tried many, many kinds before I found this. – Lee

What’s So Great About the Joovy Boob PPSU Gift Set?

The Joovy Boob PPSU gift set has a new nipple design and a CleanFlow Vent System. This means that your baby won’t swallow as much air, and therefore you won’t need to worry about excessive gas and fussiness. They are comparable to the Dr.Brown’s bottles in venting capability, but without as many parts to clean.

Another great thing about these bottles is what they are made out of. PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) is an extremely durable plastic that can withstand repeated sterilization, can resist odours like glass and is BPA and PVC free.

As an added bonus, this set comes with two insulators (one 5 oz and one 9 oz) that are easy to use and designed to keep liquids at their desired feeding temperatures for longer periods of time.

Spending the day child-free before my night shift! I probably should be sleeping right now, but I am enjoying the sunshine and working on a video review of the Joovy Boob PPSU Baby Bottle Gift Set. Keep an eye out on the blog, should have it up by tomorrow for you all to check out! #joovy #babycare

Who Should Buy the Joovy Boob PPSU Gift Set?

I am super excited to try this set once baby #3 arrives in June, and I’m hoping to give you all an update on how I’m finding the bottle functionality once we have had time to test them out. Like our other two previous babies, I plan to exclusively breastfeed for the first six months. However, I like pumping once daily and storing the breast milk for future use when I need to be away. I have heard great things about the Joovy Boob bottles, in particular how great the venting system works and how easy they are to keep clean in comparison to other brands!

The Joovy Boob PPSU Gift Set works great for both exclusively formula fed infants, for any moms who need or want to pump their breast milk, and for those infants that for whatever reason are transitioning from breast to bottle.

It would be a great idea to put this bottle set on your registry, to purchase it as a gift for new parents, or just to buy for your own baby to use.

This seems a bit expensive, but when my daughter was that age, she spit up constantly. I would have tried anything that I thought may have helped. #KCACOLS

Yes they are a higher end bottle for sure, and Joovy does have other more cost effective options as well. Buying one good set is sometimes cheaper than buying a bunch that baby doesn’t like. Thanks for reading!!

I was lazy with mine and just went for the cheapest brand possible. Luckily my son has taken them perfectly, however I know so many Mums who had difficulty finding the right bottle! #kcacols
